BSNL introduces One Second Pulse plan

BSNL intoduces one second pulse plan with a charge of Rs. 45 per month. With this plan all local calls will be charges 1 paisa per second and STD calls 2 paise per second. And all local SMS’s will be charged 60 paise per message, and national SMS’s are charged Rs 1.20 per message.
