New Delhi: Acting tough following Team India’s disastrous performance in the Twenty20 World Cup in West Indies, BCCI on Monday reprimanded four players.
Yuvraj Singh, Ashish Nehra, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja were reprimanded and may face the axe for poor form, lack of fitness and indiscipline.
While captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been given clean chit by the board.
“The biggest punishment for the players is that they are not selected. The board officials are unhappy with what the players have done,” said a source from BCCI.
